outdoor roller blinds install Outide Mount

1.Press the front box  in the direction of a, and open the front box in the direction of b.

2.Remove the fabric roller from the headrail

3.Punch a hole in the proper position of the rear box to pass the motor wire out, if the installation position does not affect the hole, don’t need to punch the hole.

4.Measure with a spirit level，mark the auxiliary line at the installation position and pay attention to the level

5.Open the guide cover with a hex wrench.

6.Punch holes on the back of the guide base. It is recommended to punch a hole at 10cm at both ends of the guide base, punch holes every 40-50cm for the remaining part, and punch holes at the corresponding positions on the wall to install expansion plugs.

7.Break off the outside protrusion of the side rail bottom cap and install it on the bottom of the guide base with screws.

8.Install the side rails at the position marked on the wall, and install the side rail upper cap of the guide base (Ensure that the side rails are vertical, and the distance between the upper, middle and lower ends of the outer side of the side rails is consistent with the width of the blind, that is, the distance between the outer sides of the two side covers,to ensure after the blind is installed, keep it horizontal left and right, keep vertical up and down) 

9.Two people install the rear box on guide base and tighten the side caps properly with screws to ensure that the position of the headrail is firm 

10.Put the fabric roller into the headrail, and fix it with screws and clips on both sides;

11.Put the Yshaped inner track upward, install the mute sponge in the cavity of the guide base, and put the zipper on the bottom of the fabric into the inner track;

12.Install the side rail upper cap and align it with the guide base one. Install the mute sponge outside the inner track in the guide cover cavity. After confirming that all the mute sponges are in the guide cover and base cavity, install the guide cover into the guide base.

13.Connect the electricity, adjust the motor limit, and run the blind up and down once to ensure the smooth running of the blind. 

Install the front box.

14. (Gently press both sides of the fabric during operation to ensure that the mute sponge is in a proper position in the side rail cavity;)

15.The installation is complete
